This is the second year we are able to get our hands on the Corazon de Jesus and it is juicy and clean. From the premier plantation of the Alvarado Family, El Salitre; 12 hectares of catuai trees at 1700-1900 masl. honey process and dry milling is all done on site by the family.
This coffee is from the most southern region of the country, Brunca. In the village of Rivas at the base of Chirripo, the tallest peak in the country, the Alvarado Family grows and processes coffee.
