The Refisa washing station is located 400km South of the nation’s capital in the region of West Arsi. Refisa operator, Negusse Debela started his coffee business SNAP in 2019 after an inspirational pour over he drank in the U.S. and extensive tours of Ethiopian coffee farms.

Green coffee from West Arsi has often been absorbed by neighboring, more well-known regions. The community of Nensebo primarily uses **JARC 1974-1975 and **local landraces. Debela receives cherries from growers in the communities of Refisa, Roricho, Bulga, and Solena. He wants to ensure that Nensebo coffee is accurately labeled as West Arsi and his washing station is producing the highest quality.

This washed coffee is floral with toprical fruit notes and a lemon tea finish.
